  • GlobalStork does not guarantee successful matches or pregnancy outcomes

6. Fees and Payment

Fees paid to partner clinics, agencies, surrogates, and legal professionals are separate from GlobalStork's platform fees and are governed by their respective agreements.

All content on GlobalStork, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GlobalStork or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GlobalStork provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Pregnancy outcomes
  • Legal outcomes in any jurisdiction
  • Accuracy of information provided by third parties
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Limitation of Liability
